On collection the driver signs the waybill.
02>
On handover, a unique waybill number is assigned to the parcel.

03>
These details are logged into the track and trace system via a handheld palm pilot.

 04>
At the hub, these details are transferred to a thermal label
which is attached to the parcel.

Scanning the parcel – when it arrives or leaves – allows our control room staff to track it.
06>
Smaller parcels are sealed in unique, tamper-proof envelopes.
 07>
These envelopes – along with larger parcels – are placed in sealed, secure containers.

 08>
Container is logged with the airline and a prealert notification is sent to the receiving hub.

All container seals are checked for tampering.

Individual parcels are scanned
out of the hub prior to delivery.

On delivery, the parcel is scanned to confirm that it has been received by the addressee.
