Clearance process for exports could take up to 38 hours due to South African Customs and Excise as there is a commercial value attached
Each parcel will have its own export entry with Customs
Documents required for Export BNLS states Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland

(on paper with official Company markings for goods BEING SOLD)
Required together with Tax Invoice

ProForma Invoice
(on paper with official Company marking for goods NOT for RESALE)

(original to be stamped by Exporters Bank)

RAM reserves the right to inspect any and all consignments suspected of containing any of the above-mentioned items. It should be noted that failure to comply with the above instructions may lead to confiscation of the shipment as well as legal proceedings
