On 10 September last year, RAM brought three of the world’s top cricket players together at the Captains Breakfast in Sandton. Proteas captain Graeme Smith was joined by Australia’s Adam Gilchrist (who stood in for Ricky Ponting) and New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori.

In 2000 Devon Saul, a RAM employee since 1996, relocated with his family to George to set up a hub there. His goal was to establish a hub that would be a shining example of service excellence and success within the group.

In just three short months since the RAM Cape Town Soccer team joined the Belville Industrial Soccer League, they’ve cleaned up as Cape Town’s best.

On the eve of the Rugby World Cup clash between the Springboks and England, RAM Cape Town turned from red to green and gold. Our office was buzzing with excitement as all employees arrived at work adorned in Bok paraphernalia.

RAM proudly sponsored the 2007 Nedbank Disabled Golf Open held at Erinvale Golf Estate in Somerset West in May last year.

RAM News chats to five loyal employees who have been with RAM for over ten years.

On Saturday, 24 November 600 RAM employees and their partners arrived at the St Georges Hotel just outside Pretoria for the 2007 RAM Isando, Pretoria, Midrand and Johannesburg Year-end bash.

RAM and Vodacom made the day for a bunch of kids from Soweto who are affected by HIV/Aids. Altogether, we distributed 600 gift bags, 400 party packs and 800 hot dogs.
